The Sukkah Kit ™ is designed to function only as a temporary structure and is not recommended for year-round exposure to the elements or for an
extended period of time. While the Sukkah Kit ™ structure is fire resistant, the roof materials are not. No part of the Sukkah should be exposed to
extreme heat or open flames. The structure is designed only to be self-supporting and is not intended to support the weight of people or other heavy objects.
Always assemble your sukkah on a flat surface. In the event of high winds the structure must be anchored with rope supports or dismantled. The
Customer/buyer is solely responsible for the assembly, maintenance, use and storage of the Sukkah Kit™. The seller shall bear no responsibility for loss
arising from use contrary to these guidelines.
Price quoted valid for 48 hours. Payment by Visa, Mastercard or check. California residents add 8.25% sales tax. Price of delivery and assembly not included.
All prices are FOB Los Angeles, freight collect unless indicated otherwise. Customer must notify Sukkahkits.com within 2 days of receiving shipment of any
shortage or errors. Contacting us less than two weeks before the first day of Sukkot will incur additional shipping and handling charges. Welded fittings
